Job Summary
The Service Center Admin is responsible for supporting sales admin functions, customer service and general support to field services and the management team. This position plays a critical role in servicing both our employees and customers, through timely, accurate processing, and strong organization.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

| Digitally file and manage records in SharePoint | Daily |
| Support sales team and track leads, proposals, and contracts | Daily |
| Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations. |

| Ensure Employee schedules are maintained, and jobs covered | Daily |
| Support Service Coordinator in creating workorders, proposals, and quotes. Read and understand contracts to best support clients and field staff. | Daily |
Keep track of active clients, job schedules, assigned staff and supervisors for all active jobs | Ongoing | |
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE: | 3 of years, prior experience in the Service industry a plus. |
EDUCATION: | Minimum High School Diploma |
