Job Summary  

 

The Service Center Admin is responsible for supporting sales admin functions, customer service and general support to field services and the management team. This position plays a critical role in servicing both our employees and customers, through timely, accurate processing, and strong organization.

Administrative Support: Type proposals, answer phones, general support to the business.

Digitally file and manage records in SharePoint

Daily

 

Support sales team and track leads, proposals, and contracts

Daily

 

Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and procedures, and federal and state regulations.

 

 

Ensure Employee schedules are maintained, and jobs covered

Daily

 

Support Service Coordinator in creating workorders, proposals, and quotes. Read and understand contracts to best support clients and field staff.

Keep track of active clients, job schedules, assigned staff and supervisors for all active jobs

Qualifications

 

EXPERIENCE:

3 of years, prior experience in the Service industry a plus.

EDUCATION:

Minimum High School Diploma

SPECIFIC SKILLS:

Some Knowledge of the following preferred:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate or better in Microsoft Office or related
  • Understanding contract language and ability to foster client relations 
  • Ability to operate related office equipment, such as computers, 10-key calculator, and copier.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers.
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong Business Acumen

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and, use hands and fingers to operate machinery, stoop, bend or kneel

  • Ability to manage the fluctuating stress levels that come as a natural part of the running of business
  • Low activity and movement throughout the day
  • Regular, predictable attendance is required as business demands dictate, but typically a minimum of 40 hours per week

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
