Full-Time Appointment Scheduler & Office Assistant – Wall Township

About the Role:
· Answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, and manage customer info in our CRM
· Coordinate sales team calendars and assist with follow-ups
· Keep office systems organized and support day-to-day operations
You Bring:
· Customer service, receptionist, or call center experience
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Comfort with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
· Reliable, detail-oriented, and positive attitude
