Job Title: Cable and Harness Technician 1
Duration:12 Months
Location: Gilbert, AZ 85233 (Onsite)
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 12:30 AM, 9/80 schedule)
Responsibilities
* Manufacture cable and harness assemblies
* Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, wire lists, and drawings
* Ensure product quality and adherence to ISO and company procedures
* Perform work with accuracy, completeness, and schedule adherence
* Communicate status and technical issues to leads and management
* Follow ESD and safety protocols
Basic Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical assembly and wiring
* Experience reading wiring diagrams and technical drawings
* Ability to obtain certifications: IPC WHMA-A-620 and NASA-J-STD
* Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude
* Experience with ESD handling and crimping
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Current certifications: IPC WHMA-A-620, NASA-J-STD
* Graduate from Technical Trade School
* Experience with MES systems (workflow, documentation, sign-offs)
Pay: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- electrical assembly: 6 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- IPC WHMA-A-620 (Preferred)
- NASA-J-STD (Preferred)
