Job Details:
Job Title: Assembler 2
Location: Plymouth, MN
Duration: 12 months
Basic Qualifications (Mandatory):
High School Diploma or GED.
IPC J-STD-001 Certification.
1-3 years of hand soldering or electronic assembly experience.
1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years of manufacturing experience.
5 years of hand soldering experience (inspection, rework/repair, tools).
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Experience with MES software.
Microsoft 365 proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly on electronic/mechanical components (modules, boards, panels, cables, frames, etc.).
Work from diagrams and drawings to complete assembly tasks.
Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and saws.
Perform continuity checks on work-in-progress and completed assemblies.
Conduct quality inspections per specifications.
Disassemble, rework, modify, reassemble, and test assemblies as needed.
Salary : $24 - $29
