Job Title: Service Desk Technician
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 6 months
Basic Qualifications:
*) Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
*) 1-2 years of customer support, help desk, or technical support experience.
*) Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and PC hardware troubleshooting.
*) Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop configuration, software installation, and network connectivity.
*) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*) Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
*) Experience supporting enterprise IT environments.
*) Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management.
*) Experience providing executive/VIP support.
*) Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
