Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is eager to dive into the fast-paced world of highly targeted paid digital media. This position offers hands-on experience and growth opportunities, working closely with our client success and digital strategy teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities (Commensurate with experience)
- Assist in creating and managing paid digital media campaigns (Social Media, SEM, Programmatic)
- Collaborate with the team to develop campaign strategies and deliver on client KPIs
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations
- Support client relationship management through clear communication and timely updates
- Participate in ongoing learning to keep up with industry trends and platform developments
- Contribute to internal strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- Certification in at least two of the following: Google Analytics 4 (102 or higher), Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate (101 or higher), Google Ads Search
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar) preferred but not required
