The Regional Support Manager will focus on administrative support for the Regional Vice President - Operations, including sales entry, reporting, and operational tasks. The Regional Support Manager will facilitate seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of the region. The role requires some travel to support regional operations and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
What You’ll Work On

Provide high-level administrative support to the Regional Vice President – Operations, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.

Coordinate domestic travel and logistics, ensuring flexibility for short-notice travel as needed.

Enter and maintain accurate sales data in the ERP system; generate and analyze sales performance reports.

Support the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance tracking.

Assist in the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and regional projects.

Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements across operational tasks.

Maintain strong client relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and liaising with internal teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and operations teams to support regional business objectives.

Timeliness and accuracy of administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.

Accuracy and completeness of sales data entries and quality of reporting.

Effective implementation of operational procedures and achievement of project milestones.

Client satisfaction based on feedback, responsiveness, and issue resolution.

Efficiency and effectiveness in coordinating and supporting regional travel and onsite operations.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support, with a focus on operations or sales environments.

Proven ability to support senior executives and manage complex administrative functions with accuracy and efficiency.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills in fast-paced settings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to analyze and interpret sales and operational data.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to continuous improvement and client service excellence.
