He/She will be working with the Catering operations team to assist in project planning, training, financial analyst work, and station startups.
Responsibilities
- Work with operations team to help support training, billing, pricing, and other functions related to the US catering operations.
- Work collaboratively with operational leadership and represented workgroups to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
- Manage multiple projects, provide status updates on performance against plan, and meet delivery targets.
- Able to review and monitor staff plans in various business units
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent, or equivalent experience required. College degree in Business,IE, or other applicable degree highly preferred
- Strong background and enthusiastic spirit in the aviation industry, specifically Airline Airport Services or Airline Service Provider leadership preferred but not required
- Must be willing to travel and be away from home base for extended periods of time (up to 80%) in the case of start ups only
- Previous service related experience required.
- Previous positions include training and developing others.
- Demonstrated track record in delivering operational performance in an airport operations environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Very proficient working in Microsoft Office Suite
- Above average organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally
