Darwill is a nationally acclaimed marketing communications firm that has an extensive marketing and print portfolio. With four locations in the USA, Darwill provides nationwide solutions including; digital marketing, direct mail, employee communications, and marketing collateral.
**This position requires for employees to work onsite at the Hillside, IL facility**
Responsibilities:
- Provides one-on-one end-user problem resolution for approved software.
- Delivers, asset tags, sets up, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software and peripherals.
- Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems, e-mail, Internet, and local-area network access problems, with assistance of Network Engineers as required.
- Assists in creating documentation materials for end-user frequently asked questions (FAQs).
- Configure approved end-user mobile devices for connectivity to system and troubleshoot basic communication issues.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision and be proactive in all situations.
- Understanding of VOIP desk phones, cell phones, and all other telecommunications devices and equipment.
- Must have a strong desire to learn and keep abreast of new and emerging technologies.
- Provide basic support for all IT related hardware, peripherals, copiers and network access.
- Roles and qualifications: You will be responsible for helping our IT organization with various hardware, software and documentation projects. Your ability to manage projects will be essential, as some projects will involve multiple people over a period of time. Your clear written communication skills will be necessary as you update existing or create new documentation.
- Though we are committed to providing on-the-job training for all of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will need to demonstrate initiative to step into the role while displaying a polished, professional demeanor, acute attention to detail and exceptional prioritization skills.

Requirements

Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.· Experience help desk support or customer support role. · Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control· Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products· Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues· Excellent communication skills· Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Salary : $46,500 - $50,000
