This role focuses on the ongoing administration of active loan facilities from setup through maturity.
Responsibilities include
• Setting up new loan facilities in internal loan systems
• Maintaining loan terms, lender details, and facility information
• Calculating interest, fees, and payment amounts
• Preparing and distributing notices related to payments, fundings, rate sets, and conversions
• Supporting amendments, repricing’s, and loan terminations
• Responding to borrower and lender inquiries related to loan administration
Loan Agency Payments Operations Analyst I
This role specializes in the execution, tracking, and reconciliation of loan-related payments.
Responsibilities include
• Creating, reviewing, and processing loan payments including fundings and distributions
• Reconciling bank accounts across multiple banking platforms
• Generating internal and external client payment reports
• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies
• Responding to payment-related inquiries from internal and external parties
• Supporting reconciliation processes related to reporting and tax requirements
Loan Agency Assignments and Intake Operations Analyst I
This role focuses on lender onboarding, assignments, and documentation intake.
Responsibilities include
• Reviewing and processing lender assignments in accordance with loan documentation
• Collecting, validating, and maintaining lender administrative details and tax forms
• Reviewing and verbally confirming wire instructions
• Completing audit confirmations
• Responding to inquiries related to assignments and documentation intake
• Supporting internal and external users of SRS Acquiom platforms
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, operations, or equivalent experience
• One year or more of experience in finance, banking, or loan administration
• Understanding of syndicated and bilateral loans preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365
