Job Summary
Under the direction of the Associate Director, the Campus Supervisor fosters a safe, positive, and supportive school environment by actively supervising students throughout the school day while building positive relationships and promoting appropriate behavior. The Campus Supervisor monitors students during lunch periods, nutrition breaks, transitions, arrival and dismissal, hallways, restrooms, and other assigned areas. Through proactive engagement, de escalation techniques, restorative practices, and effective problem solving, the Campus Supervisor helps students resolve conflicts, regulate emotions, and make positive behavioral choices. The Campus Supervisor collaborates with teachers, administrators, counselors, and families to address student concerns, reinforce school expectations, and ensure the safety and well being of all students, staff, and campus property.
Requirements / Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, LICENSING, AND EXPERIENCE: Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or completion of college coursework in education, child development, psychology, social work, criminal justice, or a related field is preferred. Licensing Valid First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain certification within a designated period of employment. Valid California driver's license preferred.
