Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 8–10 Account Executives across the full sales cycle.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Optimize team performance through effective processes and resource management.
- Solve challenges creatively and guide the team through complex sales scenarios.
- Support negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and business profitability.
- Oversee hiring, performance management, and team development.
- Analyze and influence key revenue drivers to support business growth.
- 3 years of experience managing a full-cycle sales team.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales; experience in SaaS or technology sectors preferred.
- Proven ability to set clear expectations and foster open communication.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and coaching best practices.
- Skilled in pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
