We are looking for an individual with high operational command of Sales Development, pipeline generation, and performance management, who is detail-oriented, has a creative mindset, a high proficiency in program and stakeholder management. Responsibilities
You will own the strategy for SDR Academy programs and providing guidance to SDR Leaders, SDR Trainers and SDR Operations on areas of performance improvement. You will be the main organiser of collaborative programs like SDR onboarding, continuous-learning topics, and next-role-readiness. You will also own key communication initiatives like the SDR Academy website (for external talent) and the SDR Academy Intranet page (for internal communication and SDR processes).
Plan the recurring SDR Academy Onboarding program to provide new starters with a smooth onboarding experience that makes them feel supported and properly prepared for their new role
Own, plan, and drive cross-team collaboration when needed to refresh onboarding schedule, in-person session content, and eLearning to ensure cohesion across regions, GTM onboarding, and topic experts (like Product Marketers, SDR leaders etc.)
Create a repeatable and consistent feedback loop from SDR trainers to relevant SDR leaders on their new starters to address any lag in ramp times that need to be addressed with additional sessions/support
Plan and prioritise the global SDR Academy calendar in collaboration with SDR leaders to ensure all training requests, SDR campaigns, all hands etc. fit into the overall schedule while keeping the balance of time investment needed vs value added to all 140 team members
Own the internal SDR Academy Intranet site, keeping this one-stop-shop up to date with the most recent resources, session recordings, FAQs etc. with a regular refresh cadence
Analyse and interpret data and insights from available tools, SDR results, programs etc.
Collate and provide these performance insights to SDR leadership in easily-understandable and actionable ways on a regular cadence
Support SDR leadership on IDP (individual performance plan) execution and analysis to identify trends, skill gaps, and coaching needs across all SDRs
Required Experience
Tools Experience: Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft, MS Excel (or equivalent)
SDR Leadership experience or a similar pipeline generation function, training or enablement experience
Strong program or stakeholder management skills
