What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Dansker Capital Group?
If you are the person who takes on any task, figures it out, and delivers, you are the right kind of person for this role on the Dansker Capital Group management team. We believe that sales or recruiting experience would be helpful in doing this job, however if you are the type of outgoing, engaging person that other people gravitate to, you can probably overcome the lack of a pre-existing sales skillset. This role will involve significant travel responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management
- Recruit, train and co-manage a national team of commercial mortgage brokers
- Set performance targets and provide coaching, support and mentorship
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop strategies for team improvement
Sales and Business Development
- Teach existing sales strategies to drive loan originations
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (clients, lenders, etc.)
Oversight, Reporting and Analytics
- Teach new brokers to collaborate with underwriting and processing teams
- Generate regular reports on pipeline activity, deal flow and revenue forecasts
Candidate Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an office setting
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree
