Job Responsibilities:
- Support all aspects of loan underwriting and placement
- Apply analytical and creative writing skills to summarize financing opportunities into comprehensive loan offering packages
- Collaborate closely with lenders and clients
Ideal Candidate:
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and self-discipline
- Basic MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple processes and priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional research, analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- One year of Commercial Real Estate Financing/Banking experiences a plus
