We are currently looking to hire a Senior Manager, Customer Collaboration with our Nutricia North America team! This is a REMOTE role.
The base compensation range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 commensurate with experience. The Senior Manager, Customer Collaboration r will be a contributor to profitable business growth by maximizing product availability and optimizing cost-to-serve and supply chain sales-growth through collaboration with the Customers Businesses.
This position will cultivate and leverage internal and external relationships with the objective of managing daily business, along with optimizing supply chain processes which result in tangible improvements that differentiate Nutricia North America with our customers and shoppers. The role will have accountability for understanding the specific needs of Customers and leading solutions that will drive volume, reduce waste/cost, forecast accuracy, service and product availability.
This position will support supply chain collaboration with Customers and internal partners including sales, distribution, transportation, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain planning. Key deliverables will be focused on service, forecast accuracy, write-offs and developing systems / processes / tools to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Connect and build relationships with customers, understand their business models, and influence key decision makers to initiate collaboration.
- Analyze customer performance to determine root-causes and action-plans in driving KPIs (Service, Forecast Accuracy, Stock levels, Write offs, etc).
- Pull and analyze customer data, develop tools, track scorecard metrics/customer KPIs, and perform analysis that provides insights to shape customer conversations and plans.
- Initiate and effectively resolve customer or internal conflicts that are impacting performance by taking ownership, analyzing root cause and bring to an effective and sustainable resolution.
- Provide internal partners including Supply Chain and Sales leadership with insights and perspective on each customer's operating model - support with communication and presentations.
- Optimize and utilize customer data to prepare and present recommendations that drive key sales initiatives
- Facilitate problem resolution with demand, supply, and production planning.
- Lead the investigation and understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes with customers and diagnose opportunities for improvement and value creation.
- Evaluate customer specific requests for supply chain services and align the value proposition with internal partners
- Lead supply chain meetings across multi-functional teams, including management of monthly cross functional and customer meetings; reporting with customer scorecard highlighting KPI review; updates on project status and identification of gaps and required actions to close gaps to improve service levels and Forecast Accuracy.
Own the supply chain collaboration process by cultivating the match between each customer's operating strategy and Nutricia North America's internal capabilities.
