IT Intern

As an IT Intern specializing in Service Desk Support, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems. • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems. Be the superhero troubleshooter for tech-related challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of service desk interactions, ensuring that all issues and resolutions are documented for future reference.
• Investigate and diagnose IT issues, providing swift and effective solutions. Learn the ropes of IT support and become the go-to problem solver.
• Work closely with the IT team to escalate complex issues and participate in team projects to enhance overall system performance.

• We are seeking a tech-savvy and enthusiastic individual with a passion for IT and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users is a key part of this role.
