What You’ll Do
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy I.T. Intern to join our Information Technology team. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment and support day-to-day technology operations.
This Internship is onsite in Woodridge, IL - Not Remote
Responsibilities (Including other duties as assigned)
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to end-users.
- Support the setup of new user accounts and ensure proper system access.
- Help maintain IT documentation and inventory records.
- Participate in network and systems monitoring activities.
- Support cybersecurity practices, including antivirus updates and security awareness.
- Work on small-scale IT projects under supervision.
What You Will Need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Familiarity with Windows environments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with help desk or ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
