We are seeking a General Manager for our brand new Victorville location — a proven leader with the drive, discipline, and vision to oversee all aspects of dealership operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead Sales, Parts, Service, and Administrative departments
- Create and execute annual sales & profitability forecasts
- Recruit, hire, and develop managers and staff
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and manufacturer standards
- Maintain strong vendor and financial institution relationships
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Implement effective advertising, promotions, and merchandising strategies
- Deliver consistent financial reporting to ownership
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of management experience in powersports or automotive retail
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM platforms, financial reporting tools)
