Do you have a passion for powersports? Do you have what it takes to make a 6-figure income? Then Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire you as a Vehicle Salesperson at our brand new location in Victorville, CA location.

If the candidate has a minimum of 1 Year of Powersports related Vehicle Sales at a multi-line powersports dealer that would be preferred but not a must. This position would entail speaking with potential buyers to engage them into the sales process of buying a new or per-owned powersports vehicle. Organization, multitasking, disseminating information, problem solving and prioritization our key skill sets in this position. Candidate to show great attitude, excellent communication, organizational skills as well as a can-do spirit are a must. This position also requires a valid salesperson license before time of hire.

This is a hourly full-time position plus an accumulation of commissions with average pay ranges between $35,000 to $75,000. Pay range scale can fluctuate based on one individual sales performance.

Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10am-7pm; Sunday & Monday we’re gone riding!

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with Sunday’s and Monday’s off with a minimum requirement of 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.

Qualifications

• Sales License required
• 1-2 year Dealership Experience preferred
