Social Media & Content Creator
Hourly / Temporary Position
We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and energetic Social Media & Content to support our team with social media content, event coverage, and day-to-day digital needs.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, temporary hourly position that will help support Dallas Trinity FC’s social media presence and content creation efforts. This person will assist with capturing content, creating social assets, posting across platforms, and helping the team stay active and engaging online.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create content that connects with fans, highlights our players, and supports the club’s brand both online and in the community.

This is a hands-on, temporary hourly position that will help support Dallas Trinity FC’s social media presence and content creation efforts. This person will assist with capturing content, creating social assets, posting across platforms, and helping the team stay active and engaging online.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create content that connects with fans, highlights our players, and supports the club’s brand both online and in the community.
Responsibilities
- Capture photo and video content at matches, training sessions, and club events
- Create and publish content across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X
- Edit short-form video, behind-the-scenes content, and simple graphics for social media
- Help monitor social channels, comments, tags, and direct messages as assigned
- Assist with maintaining the social media content calendar
- Support the marketing team with content needs and other digital assets
- Stay up to date on social trends and share ideas for relevant content opportunities
- Help ensure content stays on-brand and visually consistent
- Assist with basic reporting and tracking of content performance as needed
Qualifications
- Experience creating content for social media, whether professionally, freelance, school-based, or through personal projects
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing tools
- Experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently when needed
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as needed
- Passion for sports, storytelling, and digital content
- Portfolio, sample work, or links to social content preferred
- Preferred but Not Required
- Experience working in sports, events, or live content environments
- Photography or videography experience
- Familiarity with women’s soccer or the Gainbridge Super League
Position Details
- Temporary hourly role
- Hours will vary based on team needs, match schedule, and events
- Some evening and weekend availability will be required
