Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or a related field (internships included).
- Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, and relationship-building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
