Treasury & Fund Operations Analyst
We are currently seeking candidates for a Treasury & Fund Operations Analyst role with a highly successful investment firm located in Boston, MA. The Treasury & Fund Operations Analyst will support a Fund Administration team by managing a variety of treasury, banking, and operational processes across investment funds and legal entities. The ideal candidate for the Treasury & Fund Operations Analyst position will have 3–5 years of treasury operations, banking operations, or cash management experience and possess strong communication skills when working with both internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
This is a 5–6-month contract position running through the end of the year, paying between $35-$40/hour (depending on experience).
The Treasury & Fund Operations Analyst role supports a hybrid work model, consisting of 3 days on-site (Monday–Wednesday) and 2 days remote (Thursday–Friday). Candidates must be local to the Greater Boston area and willing to work three days per week onsite in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
- The Treasury & Fund Operations Analyst will support treasury and banking operations across investment funds and legal entities.
- Partner with banking institutions and internal teams to facilitate account administration and operational requests.
- Coordinate banking documentation and ensure timely completion of account-related processes.
- Maintain treasury records, banking information, and counterparty data across internal systems and platforms.
- Assist with cash management activities, including account maintenance and funding-related requests.
- Review and process banking instruction updates while ensuring appropriate documentation is maintained.
- Support legal entity administration and operational recordkeeping initiatives.
- Monitor banking platform access and assist with maintaining accurate account information.
- Participate in treasury and banking process improvement initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support banking compliance requirements and other treasury-related projects as needed.
- Provide additional support to the Fund Administration team during this temporary engagement.
- The successful Treasury & Fund Operations Analyst will possess 3–5 years of experience in treasury operations, banking operations, fund administration, cash management, or a related financial operations role.
- Experience working directly with banks, treasury management teams, or financial institution partners.
- Familiarity with banking documentation requirements and AML/KYC processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Prior commercial or corporate banking experience is highly preferred for the Treasury & Fund Operations Analyst position.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $35 - $40
