A growing manufacturing company serving the medical device industry is seeking an experienced HR Manager to partner with site leadership during an exciting period of growth and business integration. This is a highly visible role that will help shape talent strategy, drive employee engagement, and support organizational transformation within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with organizational goals
- Lead talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
- Support organizational integration and change management efforts
- Provide coaching to leaders on performance management, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Manage complex employee relations matters and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, high-performing culture
- Lead and develop an HR team while collaborating with corporate HR partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8 years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering in a manufacturing, engineering, or R&D environment
- Strong knowledge of talent management, compensation, workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management
- Experience supporting organizational change, acquisitions, or business integrations preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders at all levels
- Data-driven approach to solving business and talent challenges
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
