This is a hybrid role, with three days per week on-site in Fairfield County, CT. The base salary range for this role is $160,000–$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows
- Build scalable data models that support first-party data collection, validation, enrichment, and reporting
- Implement automation to streamline data ingestion, processing, and client delivery workflows
- Integrate Salesforce with internal platforms and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and transparency across Salesforce objects and processes
- Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to translate business and platform requirements into technical solutions
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into data performance, client usage, and operational metrics
- Maintain security, access controls, and compliance with data governance and privacy standards
- Perform code reviews, testing, and deployments following Salesforce best practices
- Monitor and optimize system performance as data volumes scale
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, automation tools (Flows, Validation Rules), and security architecture
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and data platforms
- Solid understanding of data quality, data lifecycle management, and system scalability
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification
- Experience supporting data-driven, SaaS, or analytics platforms
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, or Gearset
- Experience working with high-volume data environments
- Familiarity with privacy, consent management, or data compliance concepts (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Passion for building reliable, transparent, and scalable systems
