Sr. Manager, HR Business Partner - Nashua, NH
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, medical device manufacturer & engineering company who is looking to add a Senior HR Business Partner to their team. In this role, the individual will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping people strategy, driving organizational design, leading talent initiatives, and guiding change efforts across an evolving business. This role offers the chance to influence key decisions, build leadership capability, and elevate culture within a high-growth, employee-focused organization.
This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity that offers a $130-150K base salary, plus bonus and strong benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with business and HR leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals
Provide strategic coaching on organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning\
Lead talent initiatives across recruitment, performance management, retention, and development
Serve as a cultural steward and change leader, fostering engagement and inclusion
Analyze HR data to address trends and improve business outcomes
Lead complex employee relations efforts and ensure compliance with employment laws
Support cross-functional HR projects to enhance the employee experience
Requirements:
7 years of progressive HR experience including 3–5 years in a strategic HRBP role or similar.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
Able to travel 20–25% of the time
Experience in a manufacturing and/or R&D environment, ideally within life sciences
Proven experience supporting senior leaders and influencing business strategy
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best
