Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and help shape people strategies that support long-term business goals. This role is part of the HR leadership team and reports to the head of HR. The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner will lead key initiatives in workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and change management, while fostering a high-performing and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business priorities.
- Provide guidance and coaching on organizational design, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Act as a culture champion and change leader, supporting engagement, inclusion, and alignment with company values.
- Lead talent initiatives including recruitment strategies, performance management, retention, and development, in collaboration with HR specialists and Centers of Excellence.
- Use HR metrics, data, and employee feedback to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and recommend actions that improve organizational effectiveness.
- Manage complex or sensitive employee relations matters and ensure fair, consistent, and timely resolution.
- Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently and in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects that enhance employee experience and HR service delivery.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
HR Leadership
- Set clear objectives and expectations for direct reports.
- Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development to build a strong HR team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional HR certification (such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR) preferred.
- 8 to 10 or more years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 to 5 years in a strategic HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and influencing business decisions through people-focused strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment practices, HR principles, and workforce planning approaches.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational environments and lead through change.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience operating in a multi-site and/or multi-country organization.
- Prior leadership experience managing HR professionals or project teams.
Work Environment
- Some travel may be required based on business needs.
- Regular in-person presence is expected, with flexibility to balance on-site and remote work as appropriate.
- Role involves extended periods of computer and desk work.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in a business setting.
