Manager - Transaction Advisory Our client is a national advisory business consulting with their clients on buy side and sell side transactions. The Manager will work with clients and their teams conducting financial advisory due diligence in buy-side and sell-side transactions. S/he will review target company financial information and other data to identify: historical and projected financial, operating and commercial trends, qualified earnings adjustments, working capital and debt needs, underlying risks that make an impact on valuation negotiations. The Manager will perform pre and post acquisition due diligence. This is a hands on analytical role where strong technical accounting and analytical skills are required. The ability to hire, train and mentor junior staff is a critical component of this position. - Bachelor's degree, master's degree is preferred
- Certification - CPA, CFA , ABV, CVA
- 6 years relevant experience
- Management experience
- Highly analytical and technical
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
- Salary range $120,000 to $160,000 plus bonus
