Finance Manager – Private Credit Portfolio & Performance Analytics

Location: Boston, MA

Base Salary: $135,000 – $150,000 competitive bonus and comprehensive benefits

A leading global investment firm with more than $180 billion in assets under management is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Private Credit Portfolio & Performance Analytics team. This individual will play a key role in driving portfolio insights, performance reporting, and analytics across a large and sophisticated private credit platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate across Portfolio Management, Investor Relations, Finance, and Operations to deliver high-quality performance and portfolio analytics.

• Develop, refine, and track key metrics across private credit strategies.

• Conduct detailed portfolio and strategy-level analyses to support investor requests, internal reporting, and performance management.

• Prepare and maintain accurate track records, respond to due diligence inquiries, and ensure data integrity across reporting platforms.

• Partner with teams to improve workflows, processes, and data systems supporting the Private Credit Group.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in portfolio analytics, performance measurement, or investment reporting.

• Strong understanding of private credit markets and credit instruments.

• Experience with performance measurement methodologies and GIPS standards.

• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL, Python, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with an analytical and proactive mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CFA/CAIA a plus.
