The position will manage a team of 4-6 accounting professionals and partner closely with operational leadership across the business.

The position will manage a team of 4-6 accounting professionals and partner closely with operational leadership across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end close
- Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and balance sheet integrity
- Manage project forecasting, billing, AR performance, and capital expenditures
- Support operational leadership with financial analysis and risk identification
- Lead administrative and office operations for the region
- Coach and develop team members while fostering a collaborative culture
- 8-10 years of accounting experience, construction industry experience required
- Open to public accounting candidates with strong construction clients
- Proven leadership abilities

Salary : $175,000 - $200,000
