Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of finance and accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Oversee cost accounting and financial operations within a manufacturing environment
- Drive the evaluation and implementation of a new ERP system
- Enhance financial processes, reporting capabilities, and internal controls
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning and decision-making
- Manage relationships with banking partners, auditors, and external advisors
- Lead, develop, and optimize an established finance and accounting team
- Oversee multi-entity financial reporting and consolidation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 10 years of accounting & finance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in: Cost accounting, Inventory-driven operations, Cash flow management and forecasting
- Previous experience supporting ERP implementations
- Exposure to multi-entity or consolidated financial structures
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve processes, and execute initiatives
