Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship and want to build or grow a career working with hardwood floors. Whether you’re an experienced carpenter or installer we're looking to grow our team!

What You’ll Learn / Do:

• Install hardwood flooring, including nail-down, glue-down, or floating systems
• Perform floor repairs, patching, board replacement, and blending techniques
• Add finishing touches to jobs by installing transitions and wall moldings
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with your team members
• Care for tools and equipment to keep them in excellent condition

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in working with hardwood flooring.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, bend, stand for long periods, and work in varied site conditions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
