Cabinet Installer & Finish Carpenter

Responsibilities:
- Install custom cabinetry and finish carpentry to Heartwood's high standards of craftsmanship.
- Read blueprints, execute layouts, and adapt installations to field conditions.
- Complete detailed finish work, including crown molding, trim, fillers, scribe work,
- hardware, and custom cabinetry modifications.
- Collaborate with teammates, homeowners, and designers to deliver an outstanding
- remodeling experience.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites while protecting clients' homes.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of cabinet installation and finish carpentry experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and execute layouts independently.
- Strong finish carpentry skills, including detailed scribe work and custom fitting. Ability to
- fabricate or modify trim on site is preferred.
- Access to all tools required for trim carpentry and cabinet installation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver cabinetry and building materials.
