Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager ready to step into a Project Executive role, or an established Project Executive looking to join one of the fastest-growing data center developers in the US?
Our client is a family-owned real estate developer and general contractor with over 25 years of success delivering large-scale industrial developments. Their dedicated data center division has recently experienced exceptional growth and has an impressive pipeline of hyperscale projects across the United States.
With multiple developments already underway and dozens of future sites under evaluation, this is an opportunity to join a business where your impact will be visible from day one.
The Role
Initially based on a major 300MW development in Northern Indiana, you'll play a key leadership role delivering mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in every phase of delivery. You'll work closely with executive leadership while remaining hands-on throughout the project lifecycle.
After approximately six months, you'll have the opportunity to move onto another multi year flagship project as the company continues its nationwide expansion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of large-scale data center construction projects.
- Manage projects from preconstruction through commissioning and client handover.
- Oversee project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Drive programme, cost, quality and safety performance.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop project strategy and execution plans.
- Mentor Senior Project Managers and contribute to building high-performing project teams.
- Maintain a hands-on approach throughout the construction lifecycle.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Project Executive or a Senior Project Manager ready to make the step up.
- General Contractor background.
- Proven experience delivering mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects.
- Full project lifecycle experience from preconstruction through turnover/commissioning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and lead project teams.
- Comfortable working on-site and remaining close to project delivery rather than operating purely from an executive level.
- Willingness to relocate to future projects as required.
