The Project Executive is a senior leadership role responsible for winning new business, managing key client relationships, and providing executive oversight for multiple large-scale construction projects from pursuit through completion. The position serves as the "Executive in Charge" and is accountable for project success, client satisfaction, safety performance, schedule adherence, budget control, and overall business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead business development and market expansion efforts.
- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
- Lead RFQ/RFP pursuits, contract negotiations, and project acquisition activities.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Provide executive leadership to project teams, construction managers, and field operations.
- Support recruiting, mentoring, and development of future leaders.
- Collaborate with preconstruction, design, engineering, and operations teams on project execution.

Typical Qualifications
- 15 years of construction management, operations, or project leadership experience.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
