Mechanical Project Manager | Austin, Texas and Douglasville, Atlanta
I'm currently partnering with a leading mechanical contractor that's continuing to expand across Iowa due to a strong pipeline of commercial and industrial projects.
We're looking to speak with experienced Mechanical Project Managers who have a proven background delivering Hyperscale mechanical construction projects
What we're looking for:
- Ideally experienced in managing HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical construction projects
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ability to lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout
- Experience coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and field operations and managing large sized teams
- Strong understanding of scheduling, procurement, and project execution
- Commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or mission-critical experience is highly desirable
