Looking for a rewarding summer job where you can stay active and work outdoors? We’re hiring detail-oriented and motivated Painters to join our house painting team! In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to a variety of surfaces. You’ll spend your days working on a variety of projects—bringing fresh color and new life to homes, businesses, and more.
If you enjoy hands-on work, being outside, and seeing the results of your effort right away, this is a great fit. No two days are the same in this fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside a solid crew, learn new skills, and help create spaces that look great and last.
Responsibilities
- Perform exterior painting tasks on homes and decks
- Communicate with supervisor
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, caulking, and repairing imperfections.
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, paint sprayers, or hand brushing.
- Maintain safety standards on-site by properly handling tools like ladders, paint & equipment.
- Maintaining a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while ensuring safety on construction sites
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- No experience needed (training provided)
- Must have a car
