We are seeking a talented and motivated Quantitative Researcher to join our team and contribute to the development of sophisticated analytical models that support strategic initiatives.

Position Overview

The Quantitative Researcher will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets, developing predictive models, and generating insights that influence key business decisions. This role requires a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and programming, along with the ability to translate technical findings into actionable recommendations.

This position offers flexibility with full-time and part-time opportunities, along with a hybrid work environment that combines remote and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement quantitative models for forecasting, optimization, and risk analysis
  • Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and patterns
  • Apply statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data mining methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, engineering, and business units
  • Translate complex analytical results into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and modeling frameworks
  • Evaluate model performance and continuously improve methodologies
  • Conduct research on new quantitative techniques and industry best practices
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings effectively

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages
  • Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, or quantitative analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline
  • Experience working with large-scale data systems or cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, or optimization techniques
  • Prior experience in a research, analytics, or data science role

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $165,000 – $185,000 per year
  • Annual Bonus: Typically 10% – 20% of base salary
