Job Title: Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Locum Tenens

Coverage Details:
- Start Date: July 1, 2025 (Orientation on July 1 or 2)
- End Date: Ongoing until permanent provider is hired
- Open Shifts:
- July 3, 6:00 PM – July 10, 6:00 AM
- July 17, 6:00 PM – July 24, 6:00 AM
- July 31, 6:00 PM – August 7, 6:00 AM
Shift Structure:
- No call
- Inpatient only
- Telehealth: Yes
- Patient Census: 6–8 patients per shift
- Total ICU Beds: 14
Provider Requirements:
- License: Must hold an active Washington (WA) license
- Certifications:
- NP: ARNP, ACNP, FNP (Experience dependent)
- PA: Must have ICU experience
- Experience: ICU/critical care experience required
- Procedures Required:
- Central Lines
- Arterial Lines
- Intubations
- Paracentesis (preferred)
EMR: McKesson Paragon
Holiday Coverage: Coverage needed for major holidays (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
