Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter at Daily Care Solutions. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Recruiter will also develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital partners.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, and Screening skills
- Interview Coordination and Hiring Process Management
- Relationship Management with Healthcare Professionals and Partners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to source candidates outside of ATS or CRM
