We're Hiring: Construction Project Manager
Location: New London, MN
Pay: $85K–$115K
Travel: 15–20%
Dahmes Contracting is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead industrial builds in the food processing equipment industry. If you thrive on managing complex projects from kickoff to commissioning, this is your chance to make an impact.
What You'll Do:
- Drive planning, scheduling, and budgets with precision
- Lead client relationships and subcontractor coordination
- Oversee compliance, site inspections, and commissioning
- Harness Procore and other tools to keep projects on track
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Engineering/Construction Management (or related)
- 3–5 years of industrial/commercial construction experience
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, SolidWorks
- PMP certification a plus
