What are the responsibilities and job description for the Daycare Provider position at Project Turnabout?
Project Turnabout is seeking a dedicated individual to operate our employee daycare facility. If you are passionate about early childhood education and are ready for a rewarding challenge, we want you on our team!
Other responsibilities:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and involvement.
Adhere to all licensing regulations.
Implement health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of children.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility.
Mealtime routines.
Administer basic first aid when necessary.
Qualifications:
Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying or caregiving setting.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements for daycare centers.
Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and success of a new daycare.
Position Requirements:
Ability to pass a State and Federal background study.
2 years free from alcohol/drug/gambling addiction.
Drivers License.
Daycare Licensure preferred.
