Financial Services Call Center Representative
This is a contract position with a leading company in the financial services industry. As a Financial Services Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to clients.

The goal of this role is to build and maintain client loyalty and create the world's most referable platform. You will handle complex and escalated issues from financial professionals and customers, provide support to clients with system navigation, and maintain call handling requirements and quality review scores. Additionally, you will utilize a CRM tool to accurately record each call and work to assist callers without outside assistance.
Requirements:
To be successful as a Financial Services Call Center Representative, you should have a High School Diploma or GED, 1 years of customer service experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. Understanding of the financial services industry is preferred but not required.
