Join Dahl Honda in Honda Onalaska, WI as an Assistant Service Manager! Bring your customer service, leadership skills, and continue to grow in your career while creating a "blow your mind, gotta tell my friends about you" guest experience!

Responsibilities

• Make sure guests receive prompt, friendly courteous service
• Serve as a liaison between techs, advisors and guests
• Manage and train service advisors and technicians
• Passion to achieve high standards
• Must be able to forecast budgets and set goals for department
• Manage the payroll within the department
• Responsible for profitability and CSI in the department- meeting internal and manufacturer expectations
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service management experience
• Leadership experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong focus and commitment to customer service and satisfaction
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
