Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain warranty policies and offerings.
- Manage the Kodiak warranty claim process and communicate procedures to employees, customers, and suppliers.
- Make financial decisions on warranty claims within established authority limits.
- Prepare and submit warranty registration applications for suppliers and deliveries.
- Identify cost-reduction opportunities and implement process improvements.
- Negotiate warranty settlements and resolve sensitive issues with customers and suppliers.
- Advise customers on pre-authorization, reimbursement, and claim approval processes.
- Maintain accurate records, including warranty expiration spreadsheets and customer information in CRM.
- Administer customer portal access, subscriptions, and technical publications updates.
- Coordinate communication of service notifications and updates to the fleet.
- High school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in high-level customer service; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Epicor and/or SAP experience preferred.
- Strong customer interaction and problem-solving skills.

- Salary Range: $70 - $85K Annual based on experience
- An additional compensation provided for afterhours support.
