- 2 years Audiology experience (pediatric behavioral hearing assessment: BOA, VRA, CPA)
- EPIC experience
- AR or Compact License required
- PALS, ACLS, BLS prior to start
- FLU vaccine required (no exemptions)
- Must pass fit test (no facial hair unless religious)
