Role Overview
This is a high-ownership role at the center of our client experience.
You will manage and drive the full client journey—from first inquiry through event execution—ensuring every detail is handled with precision, professionalism, and care.
This role is not about waiting for direction. It is about taking ownership, making decisions, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive client communication, scheduling, and follow-ups to completion
- Support and finalize bookings, contracts, and payments
- Maintain full accuracy and ownership of CRM records
- Prepare and manage agreements and invoices
- Ensure accuracy in pricing and scope
- Follow through on outstanding payments until resolved
- Own all schedules, timelines, and event logistics
- Coordinate with photographers, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure all details are complete, verified, and accessible
- Manage email, calendar, and daily workflows with zero gaps
- Keep management informed of priorities and risks
- Maintain an organized, professional studio environment
