Assistant Sales Manager

The Assistant Sales Manager will assist the Sales Manager in developing strategies to improves sales, effectively handle customer complaints, and assist with managing CFIs. The Assistant Sales Manager should be able to achieve excellent customer service at all times. Duties and responsibilities High school diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales and/or customer service. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Strong management and leadership skills. Effective communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills. S/he may be exposed to loud noise level as well as fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration.
