• $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Full-time, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
• Multiple shifts available (day, mid, evening)
• Hybrid: onsite training remote work after training

• Fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Primarily remote work after training with required hybrid in-office schedule
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free home workspace
• Requires strong focus, attendance reliability, and full engagement during shifts
• Customer-facing role with real-time communication via phone, chat, and email

• Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails
• Assist customers with orders, product questions, and issue resolution
• Process orders and update customer information in systems
• Provide fast, accurate, professional customer support
• Meet performance goals for quality and productivity

• 1 year customer service or call center experience preferred
• Strong communication skills (phone/email/chat)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
