Displays2Go is growing and actively hiring Customer Service Representatives / Call Center Representatives to join our fast-paced, team-oriented contact center.
In this role, you’ll support customers across phone, chat, and email, helping with orders, product questions, and issue resolution. If you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and working in a structured environment, this is a great opportunity to build your career in customer service.
What You'll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, chats, and emails
- Assist customers with orders, product questions, and issue resolution
- Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and order status
- Process orders with attention to detail
- Deliver a positive, professional customer experience
- Meet performance goals related to quality, productivity, and responsiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer needs
Work Environment & Schedule
- Location: Fall River, MA
- Training: First 2 weeks onsite (paid, instructor-led)
- After Training: Hybrid schedule (primarily remote with 1 in-office day/month)
- Shifts: Multiple full-time schedules available (day, mid, and evening shifts)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (no weekends)
Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Fall River, MA.

What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, chat)
- Ability to multitask across systems
- Detail-oriented with strong time management
- Comfortable in a performance-driven, structured environment
- Basic computer and CRM skills
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
Work Environment Expectations
This role requires a distraction-free, professional home workspace and the ability to remain fully engaged during scheduled working hours. As a fast-paced, customer-facing position with real-time interactions, representatives are expected to maintain consistent attendance, reliability, and focus throughout their shifts.
Compensation
$18.00 plus per hour, with compensation flexibility based on experience, skills, and market factors.
